Katarina Young joined York H-G Properties in 2020 and has over 20 years’ experience in rentals. Kat has experience in scattered sites, apartment complexes, senior housing, multi-family management and homeowners’ associations.

Kat earned her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior and Applied Psychology and has two Associates degrees in Social Science and Human Services. She feels that her education comes in handy in her everyday life. Kat is the first point of contact for our rentals. She enjoys being in the office so that she can help tenants and look after all the details that come with property management. Kat’s biggest asset is the excellent customer service she provides to our tenants and staff.
