She has over 10 years of administrative experience and her varied background includes customer service, technical support, web design, and marketing.
Matthew Hoffman
Director of Property Management | Realtor
Matthew joined York H-G Properties in 2023 as Director of Property Management and Realtor. He oversees rental units, working closely with owners and tenants to ensure smooth operations and positive experiences, while also guiding clients through real estate transactions with professionalism and care.
Lakota-Skye Grimes
Accounting Manager
Lakota joined York H-G Properties, LLC in 2025 as our Accounting Manager. She brings several years of management experience across multiple fields, including customer service, coaching, event planning, web design, marketing, and accounting.
Jessica Weber
Association Manager | Realtor
Jessica Weber joined York H-G Properties in 2022 as a licensed real estate agent and property manager. As a property manager for community associations, Jessica plays a key role in coordinating maintenance projects and facilitating clear communication between homeowners and the board, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Lydia White
Association Manager
Lydia joins York H-G Properties as Associations Manager, bringing over four years of association management experience and a 16-year background in leadership. Recently relocated from Northern Virginia, she looks forward to building connections in Pennsylvania.
Kim Roldan-Rosado
Association Management Assistant
Kim joined York HG Properties in July 2023, beginning as an Association Management Assistant and Receptionist in the Red Lion office. She now serves as the Association Management Assistant for the Northern Region, where she is a vital support to the Association Managers.
Jade McDonald
Leasing Assistant
Jade has been a Leasing Assistant with York HG Properties since 2023, based at the Red Lion office. Serving as the main point of contact for all tenants, she strives to provide excellent service, clear communication, and support throughout every step of the leasing process.
Erika Chesnavage
Association Management Assistant
Erika joined our team in 2024. She is the managers assistant for our York County associations. She is working on her real estate license and hopes to be finished this summer.
