Association fees are $35.00 monthly, due on the 1st of the month.
There are 3 ways you can report a problem:
- Use the Homeowner’s portal and enter a maintenance request
- Use this website’s Contact Us page.
- Call us at (717) 889-0515
You can enroll in automatic payments through the Homeowner’s Portal. For your protection, we can not set-up auto payments for you and we will never have access to your financial information.
If you need assistance navigating the homeowner’s portal, we would be happy to walk you through the process.
Please submit the re-sale certification request form to Ryn Miller at ryn.miller@yorkhgproperties.com.
Upon receipt of the request, a processing fee of $175 will be added to your account and must be paid prior to our releasing the re-sale certificate. The fee can be paid using the same method for your annual assessment and other fees.
