Erika Chesnavage is the Association Manager Assistant for the southern region. A York, PA resident, Erika brings a strong background in customer service, with extensive experience in interpersonal communication and problem-solving. While new to the property management field, she is dedicated to ensuring that each community receives the support they need and that every resident feels heard and valued.

Beyond her professional role, Erika is deeply involved in community service. As a wife and mother of five, she serves as the President of a non-profit youth cheerleading organization, demonstrating her commitment to leadership and community enrichment.

Looking ahead, Erika plans to obtain her real estate license to further contribute to York H-G’s growth and expansion.
