Lydia joins York HG Properties LLC as the new Associations Manager, bringing a strong foundation in association management and a broad background in leadership. With over four years of hands-on experience managing associations and a 16-year career in management and team development, Lydia brings both operational insight and a people-first mindset to her role.
Having recently relocated from Northern Virginia to Pennsylvania, Lydia is excited to get to know the local community and contribute to the success of the properties she manages.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, fishing, and traveling.
