Rita joined York H-G Properties in October 2022, bringing nearly four decades of experience in the real estate industry. Since beginning her career in 1985, she has served in a variety of roles, including real estate salesperson, broker of record, broker/owner, broker appraiser, instructor, and investor.

Her extensive experience makes her an invaluable resource to the York H-G Properties team. Rita is always willing to answer questions, share her knowledge, and provide guidance to our agents as they navigate transactions and grow their real estate careers.

Real estate has remained Rita’s passion throughout her career. She enjoys working with buyers, sellers, and real estate investors and brings a broad understanding of the industry from both the sales and investment perspectives.

In addition to her role with York H-G Properties, Rita serves as Executive Director of the Capital Area Rental Property Owners Association (CARPOA) and the Pennsylvania Residential Owners Association (PROA).

Rita holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Elizabethtown College and has earned several professional designations in real estate.
