Kim joined York HG Properties in July 2023, beginning as an Association Management Assistant and Receptionist in the Red Lion office. She now serves as the Association Management Assistant for the Northern Region, where she is a vital support to the Association Managers.

With over a decade of experience in customer service, Kimberly brings a strong focus on issue resolution, responsiveness, and maintaining positive client relationships. She assists with documentation, homeowner communication, and the smooth operation of the Northern Region’s communities.

Kimberly is deeply committed to delivering timely, professional service and ensuring every resident feels heard and supported. She thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys traveling with her family and making the most of every opportunity to explore new places with her four children and her husband.
