The monthly assessment is $135.00 due on the 1st of the month and not later than the 3rd.
Payments received after the 3rd are subject to a $25.00 late fee.
There are 3 ways you can report a problem:
- Use the Homeowner’s portal and enter a maintenance request
- Use this website’s Contact Us page.
- Call us at (717) 501-4435
You can enroll in automatic payments through the Homeowner’s Portal. Additionally, you can submit the ACH Authorization form linked above.
If you need assistance navigating the homeowner’s portal, we would be happy to walk you through the process.
You may call us at 717-501-4435 or send us an e-mail through your portal or to associations@yorkhgproperties.com to notify us that you are listing your unit for sale.
Please remember:
- For Sale signs should be located in the mulch bed and cannot exceed a size of 4’x4′
- The association has a rental cap that has been met and there is a waiting list. Your unit cannot be sold to an investor, even if it is already an approved rental.
- The capital contribution fee is 2x the monthly assessment rate
