Assessment fees for 2025 are $525 a quarter.

Assessment fees are billed quarterly and are due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October 

There are 4 ways you can report a problem:

1. Use the Homeowner’s portal and enter a maintenance request

You can enroll in automatic payments through the Homeowner’s Portal.

You may also download a Architectural Request From from above and email  to associations@yorkhgproperties.com or mail the form to York H-G Properties, 40 Gotham Drive,  Suite D,Red Lion, Pa.  17356
